This site is dedicated to the memory of Brian Swenson.
Brian Swenson was born in Falls City Nebraska on July 17, 1945. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. He was a great dad and a person I will always look up to. He loved his family and he loved the Navy. I think these were two of the big forces that shaped his life into what it became. Unfortunately his life was shortened because of prostate cancer which sadly, after many trials and medicines, eventually drained his life force on Sept 13, 2007. My father had a big heart and a great mind. His story telling and humor will be GREATLY MISSED. I love you dad! Go Navy! Your Loving Daughter, Tracy

Dear Uncle Goggie,
You were and always will be such a wonderful part of my many fond memories growing up and visiting Falls City. Your laugh and the special way you had of bringing a story or joke to life will live with me forever. And with the passing of your older brother, my dad, just a few days later of this same month a year ago I hope you two, along with Grandma and Grandpa, are enjoying each others company in heaven. Oh how I wish you could be here. I graduated college in May, I am working a big girl job doing something I love, and guess what… I’m gonna be getting married! There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t wish you were here so that I could talk to you and ask you what I should be doing. I know you’ll be with me when I marry Clay, I just wish you could’ve been here to meet him❤️
